CORTINA D'AMPEZZO, Italy -- Para cross-country skier and biathlete Cai Jiayun and wheelchair curler Wang Meng will serve as China's flag bearers at the closing ceremony of the Milan-Cortina Winter Paralympic Games, the Chinese delegation announced on Sunday.
Cai, who delivered the first gold medal of these Games for China, claimed a total of three golds in biathlon at Milan-Cortina, winning the men's individual standing, the sprint standing and the sprint pursuit standing.

Wang, together with teammate Yang Jinqiao, secured the gold medal in the wheelchair curling mixed doubles, a newly introduced event at the Winter Paralympics, marking a historic breakthrough for China.
