Cheng Kai, chairman of the China Disabled Persons' Federation and director of the Organizing Committee of the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympic Games, visited the Ma On Shan Sports Centre on Dec 13, where he met and encouraged athletes, coaches and staff competing in the wheelchair fencing events.
He eagerly watched the competitions and presented awards to the winning athletes.
