The event brought together more than 30 participants, including university students with visual impairments and representatives from enterprises and social organizations.
Attendees shared their personal employment experiences, explored the potential of the visually impaired group across various industries, and examined the needs related to workplace training, access to job information, and inclusive work environments.

She called on disabled persons’ federations at all levels to prioritize the employment of university graduates with disabilities, to analyze and address the challenges they face, and to respond to their needs for high-quality and diversified employment opportunities. She urged concerted efforts to enhance employment services and create more job opportunities, to ensure fulfillment of the employment targets for 2025.
The seminar also featured a closing ceremony for the second session of the workplace readiness training camp for visually impaired university students.
